PHASE 1 - ESSENCE

During this stage, we will talk about and refine the vision for your brand, core values and further define your purpose and intent of services/products for the long run.

PHASE 2 - IDENTITY

During this stage, we will begin fleshing out logos that represent the brand. You will see 3 concepts initially in black-and-white format and in various styles and uses.

PHASE 3 - TYPOGRAPHY + COLOR

Now that we’ve got your logo designed, we will move on to pairing fonts with your logo to support all of your brand communications. Then we will explore color palettes and their hierarchy and intent for marketing purposes. At the end of this phase is when you will see your logo in full-color styling.

PHASE 5 - PACKAGE

During the transfer stage, we package out your assets for final delivery.

PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY CALL

On our discovery call, we will talk more about your current site and the details you’d like to keep and remove with the new site design.

PHASE 2 - SITE MAP

During this phase, we will focus on a basic outline of your new site. We will map out names for each page, and where they live chronologically on your site.

PHASE 3 - WIREFRAMING

Wireframing is a process where you get to see your site fleshed out in a little more detail. We will focus on laying out each page’s placement of images, text, buttons, etc.

PHASE 5 - MOCKUP

This is where things get juicy. During this phase you will get to see the most accurate visual prototype of your site, and what’s to come. Here we will continue to refine the design and make any edits before moving onto the next few phases.

PHASE 6 - BUILD

This is where you can sit back, relax and let magic happen. The build phase takes the most time, as every single aspect of design from your mockup is transitioned into an actual website. During this phase we will make sure that your site can seamlessly rendered for many devices and sizes. We will also make sure all third-part accounts are integrated into your site.

PHASE 7 - TESTING

We’re very close to the end. Testing is an important step, and where we make sure all buttons, forms and links are functioning.

PHASE 8 - LAUNCH

During the transfer stage we will move over your current site registations to your new site. We will begin this process at night when most site traffic is low. Most transfers happen within minutes but could take up to 48 hours.
