    • Stock photography, video, music, or font licensing fees

    • Legal, compliance, or regulatory costs (including accessibility, privacy, or food/allergen compliance reviews)

    • Marketing, advertising spend, or campaign management

    • Ongoing website maintenance after launch (unless on retainer)

    • Feature additions or scope changes beyond the approved project scope

    • Refined brand messaging, including mission, values, and tagline
