A brand and website refresh for Whole with Joy, giving her coaching and healing practice a clear, cohesive digital presence that reflects the depth of her work. The project brings her offerings — from private coaching to retreats — into one organized, easy-to-navigate site, paired with a refined visual identity. It also lays the groundwork for future growth through a membership structure and a clear path for building community on social media.
Project Inclusions:

A refined visual identity, including logo rework, a clearer typographic hierarchy, and a color palette tailored to Whole with Joy's industry and audience. -
3-5 weeks
A full redesign of the current Squarespace site optimized for user experience, including all existing pages, a membership portal, ADA compliance, basic SEO readiness, and 6 new service pages built to support growth. -
1-2 weeks
Short-form video and photo content capturing the essence of each service, for use across the homepage and individual service pages. -
1-2 weeks
A strategic blueprint for tiered membership offerings, laying the groundwork for future courses, workbooks, and retreats. -
1-2 weeks
A copy-paste Instagram guide designed to build brand confidence, showcase expertise, and grow an engaged community online. -
The following items are not included in this project scope unless explicitly outlined in writing and approved by Mediumms:

Website hosting fees
Third-party software, plugins, APIs, or subscription services
Payment processing fees
Stock photography, video, music, or font licensing fees
Legal, compliance, or regulatory costs (including accessibility, privacy, or food/allergen compliance reviews)
Marketing, advertising spend, or campaign management
Ongoing website maintenance after launch (unless on retainer)
Feature additions or scope changes beyond the approved project scope
Refined brand messaging, including mission, values, and tagline

Rather than starting from scratch, we'll take your existing logo and refine it — sharpening the details and adjusting proportions so it feels intentional and polished. You'll see the refined concept in black-and-white, styled for a range of uses, ensuring it marries seamlessly with the rest of your new brand assets.Phase 3 — Typography + Color
With your logo direction set, we'll pair fonts that support all of your brand communications, then explore color palettes and hierarchy built for how you'll actually use them in marketing. By the end of this phase, you'll see your logo in full color.Phase 4 — Refinement
We'll finalize your chosen direction, making any last adjustments to logo, type, and color based on your feedback before moving to delivery.Phase 5 — Package
We'll package out all final assets — logo files, color codes, and typography guidelines — ready for you to use across your brand. -

Wireframing lets you see your site fleshed out in more detail. We'll lay out each page's placement of images, text, and buttons before any visual design begins.Phase 5 — Mockup
This is where things get juicy. You'll see the most accurate visual prototype of your site yet — an entirely new look built around your refined brand. We'll continue refining the design here before moving into build.Phase 6 — Build
Sit back and let the magic happen. This phase takes the most time, as every element from your mockup is built into an actual, functioning site. We'll make sure it renders seamlessly across devices and sizes, and that all third-party accounts are fully integrated.Phase 7 — Testing
We're almost there. Testing ensures every button, form, and link is working exactly as it should.Phase 8 — Transfer + Launch
We'll move your current site registrations over to your new site, beginning at night when traffic is lowest. Most transfers happen within minutes but can take up to 48 hours. -

For each service, we'll define the specific purpose the footage needs to serve and build a detailed shot list, so both you and the crew know exactly what's expected on shoot day.Phase 3 — Shoot Day
We'll capture 15–30 minutes of footage per service, filmed to match the cinematic tone established in Phase 1.Phase 4 — Edit
Raw footage is edited down into short-form videos for each service, refined for pacing, warmth, and clarity.Phase 5 — Placement + Delivery
We'll place each video where it has the most impact across your site — homepage, service pages, and beyond — and deliver final files for any additional use. -
