The scope of this project is to develop brand assets for a meal prep service created for athletes who treat food as part of their training. The brand will be strategically developed to communicate performance, balance, and approachability, bridging the gap between nutrition science and everyday eating. Through intentional naming, brand identity, and a streamlined website experience, the project will establish a clear, marketable presence that helps customers quickly understand what the service offers, who it’s for, and how it supports an active lifestyle.

Project Inclusions:

  • A strategic naming process designed to establish a strong, marketable foundation for the brand. This phase aligns brand intent with industry context, defines clear naming criteria, and explores thoughtfully curated name options. Each concept is supported with meaning, functional clarity, and high-level availability checks, leading to a final, well-reasoned naming recommendation.

  • A comprehensive brand foundation that defines how the brand looks, feels, and communicates. Through guided discovery, this phase establishes brand philosophy, values, and voice, supported by a cohesive visual system. Deliverables include a flexible logo suite, curated color and type selections, and clear usage direction—documented in a brand e-book to ensure consistency and longevity.

  • Strategic product photography designed to elevate the brand’s visual identity while clearly communicating meal offerings, portion styles, and nutritional intent. This phase focuses on creating a cohesive, ownable visual language through intentional composition, layout-aware imagery, and clarity-driven presentation, ensuring assets perform across digital and print touchpoints.

    Includes:

    • Visual direction aligned with brand aesthetic and website layout needs

    • Unique, brand-specific photography style to enhance differentiation

    • Clear visual communication of meal inclusion types and serving styles

    • On-brand styling and composition for consistency across dishes

    • Final delivery of 5 edited images per dish or 30 total final images

    • Multi-use cropping optimized for web, e-commerce, social, and print applications

    • Onsite studio rental

  • A custom, brand-aligned website designed to clearly communicate the service offering and convert visitors into customers. This phase includes responsive design, structured content layouts, and seamless integration of brand elements. The final site will be fully built, optimized for desktop and mobile, and ready for launch with a functional product shop and purchase flow.

    Deliverables:

    • Custom website design aligned with refined brand visuals and messaging

    • Up to 5 custom page designs

    • Up to 15 shop products and variants (additional products can be added for a fee)

    • Implementation of brand elements (logo, color, typography, iconography)

    • Responsive layouts optimized for desktop and mobile

    • Core page designs to support app information and brand storytelling

    • Content structure and layout to clearly communicate product features and benefits

    • Fully developed and launch-ready website

  • The following items are not included in this project scope unless explicitly outlined in writing and approved by Mediumms:

    • Website domain purchase or renewal fees

    • Website hosting fees

    • Third-party software, plugins, APIs, or subscription services

    • Payment processing fees

    • Stock photography, video, or music

    • Copywriting beyond agreed messaging refinement

    • Ongoing website or app maintenance after launch (unless on retainer)

    • Feature additions or scope changes beyond the approved project scope (additional fees may apply)
