Do I need a Squarespace subscription?

Yes — you’ll need a Squarespace plan (we’ll advise which tier suits your needs). Plans typically start from around £13/month and cover hosting, SSL, and updates. We’ll factor this into your recommendations from day one.

How long does the project take?

Most projects take between 4 and 6 weeks from onboarding to launch. The exact timeline depends on the number of pages, how quickly content is provided, and revision rounds. We give you a clear timeline before we start and stick to it.

What’s the audit offer?

Clients who book a consultation before April 30th receive a full website audit — we review your current site (or any existing online presence), assess what’s working, identify gaps, and provide a clear written summary of recommendations. This is normally a standalone service valued at $500, included free for Q2 enquiries.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Our standard structure is 40% to begin, 50% on launch. We can discuss phased payment arrangements for larger projects. We want working with us to be accessible for businesses at different stages.

Why use code injection instead of another platform?

Squarespace gives you a bulletproof, easy-to-manage foundation. Code injection means we don’t hit the limits — we override them. Your site gets all the reliability of Squarespace plus the visual freedom of a fully custom build. You also benefit from being able to manage content yourself without needing us on every update.

Will I be able to update the site myself after launch?

Absolutely — that’s one of the reasons we love building on Squarespace for our clients. Adding blog posts, updating images, editing copy, managing products — all of this is straightforward in the Squarespace editor. We also include a handover training session with our Growth and E-Commerce packages.
