Project overview
I'm so excited to partner with you on the official graphic t shirt for this year's Collard Green Fest. My goal is to create a design that celebrates the festival, reflects your mission of rooting community in fresh food and Black farmers, and becomes something people are proud to wear long after the event.

03 · THE WORK AHEAD
Your project, phase by phase
Here’s how we’ll move through the project. Open any phase to see what we’ll create and what we’ll need from you.

I'll start by getting to know your festival. You'll complete a short questionnaire so I can learn about the festival's history, your audience, any must have elements, and your printer details. This is also when you'll share any brand assets you'd like me to use.

I'll take everything you shared and shape it into a clear creative direction. You'll receive a mood board, color palette, and typography direction to approve before I begin designing, so we're aligned on the look and feel from the start.

This is where your design comes to life. I'll present three original concepts with mockups showing placement on the shirt. Once you choose your favorite, we'll refine it together through two rounds of revisions.

I'll finalize your approved design and prepare your files to your printer's specifications, including color count and placement. You'll receive your complete file package, ready for production.
