Deliverables Include

The goal of this project is to create a cohesive suite of BAP 2026 festival materials that support clear navigation, team identification, and a consistent on-site brand experience. The scope includes the design and preparation of key event assets, including the festival map, staff and volunteer credentials, MOVEment banner, and a flexible signage system for use throughout the festival grounds.
Custom design and layout of the official festival map, including event areas, key locations, activations, stages, amenities, and other attendee navigation points.
Design of the official BAP 2026 event badge/credential for staff, volunteers, and team members, incorporating the festival's established visual identity and necessary identifying information.
Design and layout of a large-format promotional banner for the MOVEment experience, utilizing the established MOVEment logo and visual identity.
Development of a cohesive, reusable signage system for use throughout the festival grounds. Includes adaptable layouts for directional signage, parking and no-parking signs, merchandise pricing, general information, and other event messaging.
Preparation and export of final approved artwork according to provided production specifications for handoff to the selected print/vendor team.
