This project focuses on strategically repositioning the brand as a trusted wellness resource, advocate, and expert, while clarifying its audience, language, and tone of voice for its next phase of growth. As the brand evolves from a food truck into an exclusively e-commerce business, the scope of this work supports a broader vision: maintaining a strong online shop while expanding into education-driven wellness and lifestyle guidance.

The engagement centers on defining how the brand shows up in a digital-first environment—ensuring messaging feels intentional, cohesive, and aligned with wellness values rather than transactional sales. This includes refining the brand’s voice to feel informed, accessible, and credible, allowing product offerings and educational content to work together in a way that builds trust and long-term loyalty.

Through campaign-led strategy and content development, the brand will shift from solely selling products to also offering meaningful wellness insight, lifestyle advice, and practical takeaways—positioning itself as a go-to destination for both commerce and knowledge in the wellness space.

Email and social media operate as distinct services, but are managed with an in-house mindset—ensuring language, tone, messaging, and visual direction remain cohesive across both channels. Long-form education lives within email, while social media translates that insight into accessible, digestible content, allowing the audience to engage at multiple depths without fragmentation.

This integrated approach strengthens brand recognition, supports long-term audience growth, and creates a unified brand experience across touchpoints.

  • Email marketing is developed as a strategic, in-house channel focused on education, familiarity, and long-term trust. Campaigns are intentionally structured to guide subscribers through clear brand narratives that highlight product benefits, reinforce key takeaways, and consistently position the brand as a credible wellness resource and expert.

    Each campaign is thoughtfully planned and executed to ensure language, tone, and messaging remain cohesive across channels. Email works in direct alignment with social media marketing, allowing long-form insights, education, and storytelling to inform shorter, more digestible content elsewhere—strengthening brand recognition and continuity.

    While managed as a standalone service, social media works in close partnership with email marketing to maintain continuity in language, tone, and narrative. Long-form insights from email campaigns are translated into concise, digestible feed content, allowing audiences to absorb deeper knowledge in accessible formats while reinforcing brand expertise.

Important Information:

    • This service operates under a 6-month minimum commitment.

    • The timeline reflects the campaign-based nature of the work and allows sufficient time to build momentum, gather insights, and create measurable brand impact.

    • Early termination prior to the contract end is not supported, as strategy, planning, and creative development are structured holistically across the engagement period.

  • Investment:$3,200 per month

    This offering is $3,2000 per month and is structured as a strategic partnership rather than a transactional service. The work centers on education, consistency, and long-term brand building—creating a cohesive presence across email and social that supports trust, familiarity, and authority over time.

Design and code development of a branded operational email within Shopify for automated distribution, paired with the transition of the client’s existing Klaviyo automation flows into Flodesk—a more minimal, functional platform that prioritizes ease of backend use while allowing for intentional, original design engagement for the customer.
