PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY CALL

During our discovery call, we’ll review your current site and determine which elements to keep or remove in the new design. We’ll also dive into your target demographic, your business goals for the coming years, and your brand’s core philosophies. Additionally, we’ll gather all your brand assets—such as your color palette, logos, and imagery—to establish the foundation for your site’s visual design and communication.

PHASE 2 - site map

During the site map phase, we’ll outline the basic structure of your new site. This includes naming each page and determining its placement within the site’s hierarchy.

PHASE 3 - wireframing + STYLES

Wireframing is the stage where your site starts to take shape in greater detail. We'll focus on the layout or "skeleton" of each page while also reviewing the styles of elements like image frames and buttons.

PHASE 4 - mockup

This is where things get exciting! During the site mockup phase, you'll see the most accurate visual prototype of your site and a preview of what's to come. We'll refine the design and make any necessary edits before moving on to the next phases.

PHASE 5 - build

This is the stage where you can sit back, relax, and watch the magic unfold. The build phase is the most time-intensive, as every detail from your mockup is transformed into a fully functional website. During this process, we ensure your site is optimized for seamless performance across various devices and screen sizes. Additionally, we’ll integrate all third-party accounts into your site.

PHASE 6 - TESTING

We're nearing the finish line! Testing is a crucial step to ensure all buttons, forms, and links are functioning properly.

PHASE 7 - Transfer+ Launch

During the transfer stage, we will migrate your current site registrations to your new site. This process will begin at night when site traffic is typically low. While most transfers are completed within minutes, they may take up to 48 hours.
