110 METHOD FILMING

DAY 1

October 23 | 1130am - 330pm

- Posture Clinic: Breakdown of misalignment and cleanup of 12 poses
- Welcome: Introductions, stories, what is 110 Yoga/110 Method
- Who is this course for, what should be expected of it, and how will it benefit the student?
- Flexibility vs. Stability: Why you feel tight, long-term goals
- Modern Movement: Discerning between pain and challenging movement

Day 2

October 24 | 1130am - 330pm

During this stage, we will begin fleshing out concepts for your signage. You will receive 2 custom design samples that embody your brand and will offer your catchy curb appeal.

Day 3

October 25 | 930am - 130pm

After a review to discuss any adjustments to the design samples, and once approved your designs will be sent off to print.

PHASE 4 - INSTALLATION

The time has come to install your custom signage. Installation is projected to take 2 hours and will follow up with a quality control check to make sure everything from print quality to installation is seamless.
